Created for THQ games web portal. I did the collision detection and path finding for the waitress. Fixed some other bugs in the drag and drop code and timer as well. Worked on it for about 3 weeks before the website shutdown, never completed never launched. I don’t know the names of everyone who worked on it.

This is the prototype version designed and created by myself for the American History Museum's "FROGS!" traveling exhibit installation at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. I did the final audio, vector art, flash animation, and ActionScript. When I started this I thought that a graphic artist might provide some additional graphics, but the curator was fine with the vector graphics. It took about 3 weeks to complete and ran in the temporary exhibit space for the duration of the exhibition. Tracks from “Blaster Master” are used before I finished the final audio.

Houston Zoo Frog Game

Details:
Action Script 2.0, Flash 9, Photoshop, XML, PHP

This was the last project I worked on with the AXBG team. It was for the Houston Zoo. It was an attempt at creating an online 3d game. Made alot of changes from the prototype developed by John Satchel. Didn't have enough time to refine the display code before the dead line ( two weeks). The level data was exported from Cinema 4D as XML. The XML did have to be massaged a bit in order to load properly back into flash. A high score table was added, stored as xml, written with a server-side PHP script. This was the last project I worked on at AXGB. The deadlines where ridiculous, and they insisted everything be done in Action Script 2.0 for compatibility, which didn't make sense because most of there stuff was offline.
